Quinoa salad with a fried shallot vinaigrette. With fresh spring greens, tart apples, crunchy pecans, and creamy applewood smoked blue cheese this salad hits all the notes. This salad is Gluten-free, the blue cheese can be omitted for a Dairy-free option.

Mushroom medley and spring pea creamy risotto featuring Oysters and Lion's Mane mushrooms hand picked from Sacred Grains. This course is Gluten-free. No Dairy-free option
Main Course:
Braised leg of lamb (from Rivers Edge Ranch) with fresh herbs, including mint and garlic, finished with a cherry red wine sauce and Moroccan spiced roasted carrots. G.F. & Dairy free
